Health & Safety at Work Act 1974

All learners and employers must have due regard for health and safety rules and regulations both for you and for others. Details of employer and employee responsibilities for health and safety can be found on your notice boards in the workplace, via your line manager or Human Resource representative, or Trade Union Representative.
