This is our top priority and is at the heart of our business. We look to employers to support us in achieving this key objective.

British Values
Democracy, Individual Liberty, the Rule of Law, Mutual Respect and Tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith.  NTT Solutions leads by example in embracing these values and embedding them into our training content.  Our work based programmes have been developed to provide opportunities to better understand these values. Learners can also, through our questionnaires and confidential surveys, tell us what they think of their training and express their opinions and beliefs without fear.

Experience
Our managers and staff have extensive knowledge and experience of the transport industry and are kept up to date through their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, standardisation meetings and regular training. We have 20 years’ experience of transport WBL, and understand the value of working in partnership with employers to provide the best possible training and delivery models for our learners.
